Wright for Strasburg+ Furcal or A-Rod or Cabrera (Keeper)

Hey everyone,
If things don't work out and I can't move Wright, I really won't mind, but with Arenado just waiting to get the call, and M. Young able to fill my 3rd base spot I'd like to get some pitching, an Ace type pitcher for Wright.

I've made offers for Price, Hamels and heard nothing yet.

How is this one, too lopsided for the other guy? I doubt he'd accept any of them anyhow.

I'm not a fan of that trade at all for you. I'd prefer to keep the sure fire Wright over Trout or Arenado. I bet you could get a good pitcher for those two.

Try for CC, Lincy, Lee, Greinke, Cain

Maybe you can trade either or for guys like Kennedy, Gallardo, Sheilds, Wilson, Bumgarner

thanks for the input man. we'll see what happens. my team was awful last year, this year they are doing better but not really in the standings. i may be jumping the gun a bit.

I think you are jumping the gun a bit and as long as you realize this is more of a trade for next year than it is for this year, then I am ok with it. I think SS will be a top 5 SP in the future and looking him up now while he is still affordable is a good move. The only thing is that you are losing a little by dealing Wright. Again I am ok with this and I have done it many times to build up my set of keepers. I would even be willing to do Wright straight up for SS if that is what it takes.
