I don't think McCarthy is worth the roster spot at this point. Bad team, poor K/9, and health issues. Maybe try asking for a SP to replace him. Otherwise I think it is a good deal, and you're getting the best player (Granderson) so usually that would mean you came out on top.

SP - Kershaw, Price, Lester, Garza, Lilly, H Alvarez CP - Betancourt, Hanrahan, Rodney, Robertson, Sale, Downs
I'd be hesitant, here's why:
B McCarthy - Possible injury. His shoulder just caused him to get his start pushed back. J Rollins - Slumping before he was moved up in the batting order, but he's older and streakier now
Reyes- Seems to be picking it up now after a slow start.
If you are looking for SP, I don't think Holland and McCarthy are the answers. See what pitchers are on a hot streak right now, like Jake Westbrook, Chris Capuano, and Kyle Lohse.
It is close but I think you need one solid player instead of Rollins and McCarthy. Too many questions marks with these two guys for me to want them right now.
