12team, mixed, roto, 6x6 (r, rbi, hr, sb, avg, ops; w, so, sv, k/bb, era, whip). League is a keeper league with weekly free agent auction.
I give: Andre Ethier, Ryan Zimmerman, Chris Young
I get: Andrew McCutchen, Cole Hamels, Pablo Sandoval
My Team: Hitters C: Joe Mauer 1B: Joey Votto 2B: Jason Kipnis 3B: Alex Rodriguez SS: Elvis Andrus MI: Erick Aybar CI: Eric Hosmer OF: Jason Heyward OF: Corey Hart OF: Andre Ethier OF: Alejandro De Aza UTIL: Ryan Zimmerman BE: Danny Espinosa DL: Chris Young
Pitchers SP: Adam Wainwright SP: Tommy Hanson P: Ian Kennedy P: Brandon Beachy P: Mike Minor P: Drew Smyly RP: Henry Rodriguez RP: Scott Downs BE: Henderson Alvarez BE: Juan Nicasio BE: Danny Duffy BE: Sergio Santos DL: Andrew Bailey
My pitching cats are pretty bad right now. I need to improve. I'm thinking of adding Felipe Paulino, Addison Reed, or Pestano and dropping Duffy.
Also planning on adding Andy Dirks and dropping Espinosa.
Edit: He countered the original offer. Instead of me giving up Ian Kennedy I'd give up Chris Young.

I like the trade for you even without Panda, Cutch and Hamels are the better players in the deal, take it and run and if Sandoval comes back decent you trade raped him. Also pick up Reed, he will be the closer for the Sox.
Yep good deal for you. Don't love getting Pablo because i think his value could be limited once he returns but getting McCutchen and Hamels is too good to pass up.

i think this is a great trade for you, especially since this is a keeper. mccutchen is a rising star. cole hamels is a star. pablo is a very good hitter who keeps hi ops up with this high avg and has power.
hamels > kennedy mccutchen > ethier (at least in the long run) sandoval > zimmerman (so overrated)
I guess I just don't think McCutchen is as valuable as most do. Except for SB, Ethier seems capable of performing simalarly to Cutch in every category. I'd give Ethier the edge in RBI's and Cutch in the edge in R's.
Also due to this being a auction league, Ethier probably has the best keeper value because he was pretty cheap. That's not too important though.

+1
I've said it before but most people don't realize that Pablo is only 25. If he can stop breaking his hands I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him as a top 25 player for the next decade. This is just my opinion but I think Pablo is vastly underrated while Zimmerman is vastly overrated.
id pull the trigger, its not like your losing anything at 3rd with Arod playing. Cutch will give you more depth in OF and Sandoval shouldnt be gone that long anyways, and even though i hate Hamels, hes a good pitcher. Help w/ mine? viewtopic.php?f=26&t=446579&p=3523061#p3523061
Take this trade before the other owner pulls it away...If you are proposing though don't expect him to accept.
How I see it:
Mccutchen>>>Ethier and it's not close Hamels>Zimmermann Panda>Chris Young...even if Panda is out longer, last year he proved he could bounce back from this injury.
