My two RP are both closers, Jim Johnson and John Axford. I was wondering if maybe it might be beneficial to get a non closer RP. What do you guys think?

I would say no. You dont count holds in your league so your only going for a better era with a middle reliever, while losing out on saves. If you want to sacrifice saves to 'posssibly' improve your era, then go for it. However its something i wouldnt do.
