Best bat available is?

Who's the best batter available for my roster and scheme? I'm leaning with Chip-Chip Jones even though he's injury prone.

Although, with the depth of talent on the FA market, Jone's health really shouldn't be a concern. If he DLs, replace him with someone else, e.g. Walker, Fowler, Lowrie, etc. Whoever I add won't be starting and is essentially only there for the occasional day when a regular isn't playing.

Anyways, what about Walker and Lowrie? Since we have assists I figure to look for a guy to fill that would also
give me assists, ops, etc.

I did not draft for power that's why I am lowest in HR in the league. But more for balance.

idk what your talking about? alvarez did pretty well last week but 2 weeks ago was on a tear, chipper had a great week last week. and gardner hasnt even played his coming off the DL today.

i wouldnt even worry about assists, every player will get them.

I like Chipper and Lowrie the most of anyone on that list. I'm thinking this is Jed's year. He has all the ABs he wants as long as he stays healthy.

I would keep an eye on Ryan Roberts, who has 20-20 potential. If he can string together a good week or two, he should be pounced on.

walker is still 1-2 years away from being a good hitter he has to many holes. and dont be surprised if lowrie loses a lil playing time when youk comes back...
