Help with crowded OF...want to upgrade[Always WHIR]

Hey guys....With Brett Gardner coming back in a day or two...I am going to have a very crowded OF. I am having trouble deciding who to drop as I feel everyone I have, has value (even if I do not have a real star in OF). So I was thinking I should make a trade to upgrade one of my OF...but I am having trouble coming up with anything that fits other owners needs and yet still helps me.

There is one owner who has several very good to great OF and is willing to trade to improve his team at 1B, 3B, SP...Help me pick the OF I can reasonable obtain without creating new holes in my team...and also if you could help coming up with the offer for that guy....

Yeah...was thinking it probably was not worth doing unless I could land Swish or Grandy... What do you think would be a fair offer for either of them?

What about...

Melky Cabrera and Chase Headley for Swish?

As for Parra...would have to drop someone for that...which I don't feel confident he is better than what I have now.
