No. You have plenty of pop in CarGo and Cano, why trade for a guy who will just replace their numbers? I doubt he tops them. You don't need Lee and Kendrick is a nice throw in but hardly warrants trading off those first two guys. Given how the Sox are doing and the injuries that are occurring, I would hesitate expecting top flight numbers for Gonzalez this year, especially numbers that will supposedly overshadow both CarGo and Cano.

I look at it this way.

A Gonz and CarGo are both 1st to early 2nd round guys... so let's say that part of the trade is even, eventhough A-Gonz is slumping.

It comes down to Cano/Harper for Lee/Kendrick...Cano is easily the best player in that 2 for 2, so that would have to be a no.

I do like the idea of buying low on a 1B like A Gonz or Teixeira, but that's too much to give up.
