Drop Josh Johnson and pick up Hammel or Capuano?

It's an 8 team league with short benches, so there's always good talent on the waiver wire. I'm thinking of dropping Josh Johnson (SP Mia) who has been terrible so far. I know he's supposed to be good, but I'm tired of him just dumping the bed every 5 days.

On the waiver wire are:
SP Jason Hammel
SP C. Capuano

Those are my top 2 choices. But there's also Smyly, Joe Blanton, Smardzija, Marcum, Lester, Tommy Hanson

There are also some tempting position players: J. Montero, Chipper Jones, Chris Johnson, Maybin

8 team rotissierie league, 5x5. (R, HR, RBI, BA, SB). (K, W, SV, ERA, WHIP).

Still in 2nd place. My offense is killing it. My pitching is not. (8+7+7+8+8 points for offense). (6+2+7+1+5 for pitching).

I would keep JJ as well. Yes he has been stinking right now, but once he turns it around will you be able to get him back? Is there a max innings pitched limit? if so what is it and how many innings are you tracking right now.

I know it's an 8-tm lg, but I'm surprised that Jon Lester is available in your league. I'd take him over Josh Johnson or Yovani Gallardo. Very good pitcher on a strong offense that should help in the W column.
