I was also thinking of maybe countering, and offering Peavy/Cruz/Castro for Tulo, or some other package for Fernando Rodney or David Price. What's the best move for my roster? Or would you take the Votto offer while it's there? I also have LaHair at 1B.

Seems like you are giving up a lot for Votto with the way Freeman and Peavy are playing. And Cruz has to turn it around at some point (perhaps last nights 3/4 was the beginning?). I say hold on to your players, its not like Freeman is holding you down, so just hold on to your players IMO.

It's not as though Freeman is a nobody. ROTY runner-up and I expect a half decent year from the young man.

Hold pat on the Tulo offer as well, maybe try for another arm but I think your team looks fine as is.
