Duffy is my personal favorite out of the bunch. I'm not sure you need to grab Duffy though since you seem to have a lot of guys that can strike batters out, so I guess I would take Capuano... Or just keep Colon.

You actually have a lot of pitchers in general, do you need to get another SP?

I find in H2H leagues, you can never have too much starting pitching.

GIven your roster, not too many people will compete with you in K's... So I would probably just use that roster spot for spot starting, rather than just using that one spot for one pitcher. See if you can take the best pitcher everyday and play matchups. Thats what I would do.
