Relief Pitcher Strategy

Would it be smart to use your bench players on solid closers and setup men and have them start all the time and switch in the starters on the days they are expected to start? I was thinking this would maximize the points per day. It is a Head to Head format. This is also the scoring format.

Typically yes in leagues like this it is a good strategy, provided benches are deep enough to accomplish this without crippling your overall flexibility.
