Napoli and McCutchen for Ad. Gonzalez and N. Cruz?

Based on pure value, which side would you rather have? I have the Napoli side and would receive the Gonzalez side in a 12 Team H2H 5x5 standard. I have Jesus Montero as my 2nd catcher so he'd replace Napoli's spot. Thanks in advance and leave any links if you need help as well!

Probably the Agone side. I am not a big Napoli fan and even though he has a good amount of HR right now, I don't like his BA or his K/BB rate. I haven't looked at any of his other advanced numbers to see if something is to far in one direction. AGone and McCutchen are about even and I like Cruz a little more than Napoli.
