Which Pitchers - WHIR

Postby ukbsktbll » Mon May 07, 2012 4:01 am

Ok league is head to head. Wins and Saves are both worth the same at 10 pts. 8 team league, very competitive. (Pretty standard scoring) Basically trying to decide on the last pitcher. We start 10.
Picked up Robertson (NYY) but he isn't guaranteed to be the main closer yet. I am leaning to watching for what the Yanks do this week with him. I am thinking of starting Pomeranz (Col - SP) because he gets
two starts and that'll give me seven starts and 6 closers. Any opinions.

Here are my definite starters I feel.
Verlander (2 Starts)
Lester (Struggling but a solid pitcher)
Feliz (Two starts - on a pitch count but TX can give lots of run support)
Papelbon
Axford
Johnson (Bal RP)
Valverde
Putz
Broxton

Here are my bench players
Hudson
Cordero
Vogelsong
Ervin Santana
Robertson
Pomeranz (Col) - 2 starts
