Someone Dropped J. Johnson in my league, Should I take a chance on him and use my #3 waiver on him or take a chance on him if he clears waivers? What should I do? Any chance he turns it around later? The season is still young. If I make the move, who should I drop?

I would probably pick him up...waiver priority in baseball isn't as important to maintain as football.
I would drop Pedro Alvarez, you've already got depth at 3B and what are the odds he maintains his production at this level? J. Johnson has a lot of upside. The only reason you SHOULDN'T pick him up is if you think someone better will come along on waivers, and even then you're still only #3 on the list, what if someone above you grabs that person? You'll either get Johnson, or move up to #2 for the next guy. I say pick him up.

Thank you very much for your response. I do appreciate it. It looks like I will do the move, but still not sure about who to drop. I kind of don't want to drop Alvarez right now, but if I get a big consensus I will. I am feeling Jaime Garcia right this minute to drop. What do you think about him? Will see. Anyone else?
Those 3 are interchangeable. You said you like Alvarez, so cross his name off. Pick which one of the other 2 guys you like less and put in that claim. Good luck man!
