Postby Seanyfever » Sun May 06, 2012 1:03 pm

I may be making this a more diificult decision, but there is so much banter about both players?

Your gut?

Thanks for the help on mine. Yes absoutely do this. Hit the accept button. Pujols will get it going. Lincy struggles maybe more real. His delivery puts a lot of stress on his arm.

I dont think this is an "auto accept" you already have Prince at first and Timmy is you Co-Ace. Your depth at SP isnt AMAZING...

All that said, Id take the deal
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

Thanks for the response.

At first, I didn't really like this deal for you because your offense is superior to your pitching. But after thinking about it for a minute, Pujols would slide nicely into your Util spot while Bruce takes over for Ellsbury.

I am leanign on overall value..... I'll make a move afterwards as my utility position would be overcrowded.... I also like the pitchers that have been coming out of FA pool this year..... That said, most managers in the league are holding on to pitchers.

I love it. You can slide Bautista to 3b, until Evan gets back, and move Bruce to OF. Once your team is healthy, I'd be shopping a hitter for a pitcher. That said, I think you're SP's are solid without Tim. Who has me really worried. Pujols is gonna go nuts soon.

As everyone else has already stated, I'd take this deal in a heart beat. Even if Lincecum was his usual Top 5 self, and Pujols was struggling like this I'd make this deal. The fact of the matter is Pujols is still a first rounder with these struggles and Lincecum is falling a round with each pitiful performance.
