I really like my team but I have just been offered Pedroia for Strasburg straight up. Pedroia is a top-two at his position which would help me but Strasburg has been lights out this season. My only worries about Strasburg are his innings limit and maybe his injury history. I already have Aaron Hill at 2B so is Pedroia enough of an upgrade to make the trade? Should I trade/sell high on Strasburg? Thanks for your help. I have included my league info and roster:
My league is a 10-team head-to-head.
Here is the scoring system for pitching:
BBI= -1 point
ER= -1 point
HA= -1 point
HB= -1 point
INN= 3 points
K= .5 points
L= -5 points
QS= 3 points
S= 7 points
W=7 points
Here is my roster:
C-Joe Mauer
1B-Votto
2B-Aaron Hill
3B-Brett Lawrie
SS-Hanley Ramirez
OF-Jose Bautista
OF-Justin Upton
OF-Giancarlo Stanton
U-Chris Davis (BAL)
Bench-Pence (just picked up off waivers)
Bench-Aramis Ramirez
IR-Ellsbury (just traded for him)
SP-Arrieta
SP-Tommy Hanson
SP-Brandon Morrow
SP-David Price
SP-Strasburg
RP-Jim Johnson (BAL)
RP-Sale (CHW)
Bench-Josh Johnson (MIA)
Bench-Matt Moore
Bench-Joe Nathan

I forgot to mention that I am in a non-keeper league. Sorry, this is my first time to post. Thanks.

I agree I'd definitely take Pedroia over Strasburg.
Mind taking a look at mine?

I would make that deal....and then I would look to deal maybe Chris Davis,,,,,sell him while he is hot and see what arm you can get in return to replace Strasburg. Or even Hill if someone is looking for a MI.

Take Pedroia. Far less risk and you get an elite player at a weak position.
Mine?

In a non-keeper, Pedroia for Strasburg is a steal. Take it.
Help with mine:

That's not a deal, that's a steal. 100%

Wow, I'm a little surprised by the lopsided feedback with everyone saying I should take Pedroia hands-down. I thought a top tier pitcher would be more valuable. Was I just wrong or am I missing something? Thanks again for any feedback.
