Not surprisingly, my patience is near its end with Josh Johnson. Jarrod Parker is still available in my league, which will not be the case with one more good start. I'd kind of like to see how Johnson does against Houston this Wednesday, but Parker pitches Tuesday and I fear he will get gobbled up any moment. Make the move, or let it ride with Johnson? Thanks.
I'm running with the minimum necessary bats right now; I could only drop a pitcher for Parker. I don't really feel like I can afford to drop a RP, even though Bell is hideous and the others are dubious. With Matt Moore imploding today, I'm not sure who is more appalling, him or Johnson. Parker is still available.

Don't drop Johnson, I'd sooner drop Moore. He's proven far less than Johnson. You could also try to package two arms for one to free up a roster spot and then use that for Parker. But I understand that takes time and by then it could be too late.
If its a keeper league I would say do it...Parker is going to be good. If its not a keeper league, keep in mind that just like Josh Johnson, if Parker has a couple of bad outings in a row (which happens with rookies A LOT), whoever else picks him up may just drop him again. I would probably keep Johnson, he's the proven player and should come around soon.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Marlins come out and announce that Johnson will either have a start skipped or be placed on the outright DL. A guy with his talent doesn't get consistently knocked around by poor hitting teams unless there is some sort of injury going on. Same thing goes for Lincecum. There is a hidden injury in there somewhere, we just need the proof.
