He was taken out quickly because he had thrown 100 pitches. Like I said, the damage was limited. The problem is when he hits that road bump in the 3rd or 4th inning and doesn't get a quick hook. Those were the games that I remember 8 ER where he just can't get through.

Has his ERA down to 3.03 despite facing TEX, DETx2, and BOS in 4 of his 6 starts. his worst start actually came against the orioles. Also 37 Ks to 11 BBs in 38.2 innings. good stuff.
I had Danks and Floyd as bargains this year and there is no reason that they are pitching differently.
I have Floyd on all three of my teams. He was due for an ERA correction and I figured that he could even be in for a career type year. Severely underrated going into this year.
I missed out on drafting Floyd, but wish I did. Made a bunch of offers in all my leagues after the bad game against Baltimore, but no takers... did the same for Mike Minor and luckily nobody accepted those ones, either
And Beltre comes through for me. I don't own him at all, but I have Ogando and Nathan.
The Angels finally got a HR out of their fist baseman. It took $500,000 man Mark Trumbo to do it, after the $240,000,000 man (financial equivalent of 480 seasons of Mark Trumbo, LOL) was given the day off.
