In our leauge we picked a major leauge team and our first 3 picks were keepers from that team. I picked the NYY and picked CC, Cano and.... Tex instead of Granderson. (Idiot move). I could have picked the LAD and had Kemp and Kershaw but Ethier scared me off a terrible year last year. But I picked the NYY instead and currently in dead last of a 12 team leauge.

Drafting John Mayberry, Ervin Santana and Francisco Liriano.
None of them were huge investments, but they were by far my worst picks. I drafted Mayberry a few rounds early, too.
Not picking Yadier Molina. I had a feeling that he would have a huge year, but also didn't really want to pick a catcher as catchers #8-16 seemed the same to me.
My regret is not getting a starter with a 40-60 pick in my two drafts. I got Garza around 90-100 in both leagues but I don't feel like i have enough oomph out of my starters w/o another stud in front of him. Darvish and Sale might make it work in one league but the other (16 tms) could get ugly with Beckett, Morrow, Danks, Cahill and Parker filling out my staff.
I also regret taking 3 seemingly elite closers between pick 120 and 180 and losing them all to TJ. But I doubt I would change anything since they were a really good value (short of hindsight).
Drafting Ellsbury over Cargo in the Pondscum. I knew I should have listened to my gut telling me it would be fun sticking Mookie with a host of Red Sox options in the 1st round.
Dropping Tabata in a relatively deep league. He started awful and I was planning on punting steals. Then I was able to land Jennings in return for pitching depth (Colby and League) bringing me into decent contention for steals, and I could really use Tabata all of a sudden. There are other moves that turned out bad because of bad luck like drafting Ellsbury and Lee, but they weren't bad decisions at the time. There are also a handful of guys that I figured would out produce their draft spot significantly and in hindsight I should have went an extra buck or two on them at the auction. But that always happens.
not drafting Dylan Bundy in my Dynasty league. However I locked up Bauer, Machado, and Profar each for 7 years at $1 per year. No one else knew who they were
