3 of mine for 2 of his in Dynasty League grudge match? WHIR

I got this offer from a friend/hated competitor in a Dynasty league which uses H2H points.

He is obviously using my homer Astro's love to do this deal but it just doesn't look that bad to me through my Houston colored glasses.
What do you think?

I get Lowrie and Schafer(both Houston)
and
I give up Rivera, Pierre and Cuddyer.
I'd do it in a second but am hesitant in parting with the recently slumping Cuddyer who I thought would kill in his new hitters ballpark.

I am ready to drop one of Rivera or Pierre to bring back Craig... so that player is a gift If I can trade him first.

I might be able to offer him Getz in this dynasty league rather than cuddyer if that is better?

What do you think?

Here is the rest of my hitting roster:
Posey, Fielder, Uggla, Jeter, Sandoval, Freese, Campana, Craig, Alexi Casilla, Cespedes, Getz. Right now, Pierre is also starting but Rivera is on my bench due to his injury.

If you can do it w/out Cuddyer I say absolutely. But overall I see him as the biggest piece in the deal and I say no if he has to be part. Thnx for the help on mine.
