Pick up Alex Avilas and drop Wilson Ramos WHIR

Avilas just got dropped on the waiver wire and I have Ramos, I view both of them as similar young players with upside but with more history on Avilas. is Avilas GB tendencies this year worthy of me keeping Ramos or should I drop Ramos for more of a sure thing in Avilas? Currently in a points Yahoo league with Carlos Santana as my starting C just looking to potentially upgrade and maybe use him in a UTIL role depending on matchups/injuries.
