You're losing the best player in the deal and Willingham is on pace for a solid 30 HR season which makes ARod not much of an upgrade considering his injury risk. I'd keep Cano.

I know it's a relatively small sample size, but across the board Willingham is having a great year, and Cano is always great.

Like the previous poster said, I don't think the injury risk with A-Rod is worth giving up one great player in Cano, and a player off to a fantastic start in Willingham.
