Blockbuster Trade proposed to me...should I do it?

So I had just traded Michael Young for Adrian Gonzalez when I got a blockbuster proposal. On the surface it looked silly and I scoffed. However, looking at the numbers and thinking through it, it may not be that bad after all. Here is the proposal:

I get Jered Weaver, Kelly Johnson, Yoenis Cespedes, and Brennan Boesch
I trade Justin Verlander, Dustin Pedroia, Bryce Harper, and Carlos Lee

At first I thought no way, but I feel like there may be some legitimacy in it. My gut still says no, that it comes nowhere near replacing Verlander and Pedroia, and that I'll kick myself when all is said and done. Opinions? Scoring and roster below:

Is this a keeper league? If so, then no way.

Now, I will readily admit, I haven't run an analysis on the values of the players but I don't see how you can possiby come out ahead here. Cespedes will not keep up this pace IMHO. And I don't see Boesch being much more than a consistent 80-20-80 type of guy in his career.

You're giving up all-stars (and potential all-stars) for a few guys playing well right now.

I would definitely not go with that trade. Keeper league or not. The only advantage you're really getting is Y. Cespedes over B. Harper, and that MAY not even last(it probably will at least this year). I don't think it's worth it to take such a risk for such a small reward.
