Rate my team/pitchers H2H-10-team, plz help, any ideas?

Hey Everyone, So it's getting to that time when if they haven't started to turn things around, time to cut ties. I'm in a 10 team Head-to-head KEEPER (keep 12 of 24) league with 9 hit stats(R, H,HR, RBI,SB,BB, AVG,OPS, XBH) & 8 pitch stats (W, CG, SV, K, GIDP, ERA, WHIP, QS). We are allowed 30 moves and 2 DL spots

This league is very competitive league and guys that get hot and get enough buzz are usually snapped up from the wire right away. I'm obviously Punting saves and it has been working out for me, but with whats available, worth adding a RP or pick up another SP? I'm thinking of dropping Chacin especially after last nights outing, ouch! Please help me rank the pitchers available on the wire and rank in order who you would drop (other than Chacin). Any comments or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Luebke just hit the DL so I put him there and picked up LeHair. So now, is anybody worth picking up if I drop Chacin ? please help, any comments welcome
