Would you have dropped Sean Marshall for Latos?

Postby sjguzin » Wed May 02, 2012 11:56 am

I'm in a 16 team Rotto(Non Keeper League). Was carrying 3 relievers and losing ground on K's & Wins, and leading the saves category. An owner dropped M. Latos, so I dropped Marshall to take a chance on him. Would you have made that move? Here's my pitching staff.

Dan Haren
Madison Baumgarner
Erik Bedard
Ryan Dempster DL (Josh Tomlin)
Jeremy Guthrie DL ( Anthony Bass) *When Guthrie comes back, will keep Bass*
Doug Fister DL (Craig Stammen)
Sean Marshall (dropped for M. Latos)
J. Papelbon
Jim Johnson

I would have dropped Stammen, but with Papelbon and Johnson you should be okay with saves.

Completely agree, I still think it was a good move for you though. Latos definitely should be owned.

I will be dropping Stammen when Fister comes off the DL, it's a free move for me then. But thankyou for the comments.

I think I would rather have dropped Tomlin or Bass.
