Is it time to start panicking about my offense??

This is a 12-team 5x5 mixed roto league--after I drafted I felt pretty good about my offense and felt like I should be able to compete all year in most offense categories. However, I am nearly last in all categories instead and my team avg. is at .230. My pitching on the other hand has been filthy good. I feel like my offense shouldn't be this bad--but I need to figure something out quick here. Do I stay patient and show faith in my core offensive group or should I look to make some trades?
