Blue Jays prospect outfielder Anthony Gose was pulled from Monday's game with Triple-A Las Vegas. The Blue Jays are expected to make a roster move on Tuesday after Jose Bautista left Monday's game with a wrist injury, so this could mean Gose is on his way to the big leagues. The speedy 21-year-old entered tonight's action hitting .293/.376/.434 with five home runs, 41 RBI, 29 stolen bases and an .810 OPS in 91 games at the Triple-A level this season. He's worth stashing away in AL-only formats.
I don't know where to find these stats and I can't remember how long ago it was I saw them, but one time I was reading somewhere on Anthony Gose and apparently his minor league splits where really good against RH pitching and not so good against LH pitching.

not really a rookie. Travis Snider is headed to be with the Blue Jays.
Travis Snider is headed to Boston to meet up with the Blue Jays, but he's likely around as insurance in case Brett Lawrie (calf) needs to go on the disabled list. At last report, Lawrie was hoping to be back in the lineup Friday after suffering a right calf contusion Wednesday, but it's possible his condition could worsen. Snider was passed over by Anthony Gose earlier this week when Jose Bautista went on the DL, but he's had a big -- albeit injury-shortened -- year at Triple-A Las Vegas, batting .325/.409/.567 with 13 homers and 57 RBI over 61 games.
unlikely to be called up to sit on the bench. where does Snider play? they just recently called up Gose, so I can't imagine Gose loses playing time. does Davis lose playing time? OF of Snider/Rasmus/Gose?
