I am in a 12-team H2H Keeper (6-6) league and was very high on Delmon before the season started, but now, not so much. He is a bench guy for me, but with the 7-day suspension, should I drop him for an extra reliever (so I can bench Bell for now)?
Roster:
C - M Montero
1st - Morales
2nd - Kinsler
3rd - Lawrie
SS - Castro
OF - Kemp
OF - Bruce
OF - Ethier
Util - Ortiz
Bench: Goldscmidt, D Young
SPs:
Lester
Hanson
Wainwright
Beckett
Masterson
Parker
Bard
RPs:
Bell
Casilla
Broxton
Capps
Crow

I'm sort of surprised that he's still being rostered. It doesn't seem like he's really worth his salt too much anymore. I'd drop. Who do you pick up?
Help out?:

the better and much more important question is who are you going to pick up in his place?
Give us options. By the way, if LaHair is one, pick him up before it's too late!

If you're looking for hits, I agree Schaefer would be a solid replacement. If you really need the holds, Bastardo I think is a good pickup. He's become the 8th inning setup man for Papelbon. He used to close for the Phillies when Lidge was out, and was overrall pretty good. I think he's 10x that as the setup. So it's really whether you need the hitting or pitching more. Either or for Young is a good choice though.
