I'd drop Trout/Harper/Parker for Dee Gordon, yes.

I'd also add LAHAIR WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!!

And no, do not do that deal. I think Peavy is equal to Johnson now and for RoS...so to also be giving up Montero is a bad idea.
