I got him a week before you. His first game for me was his first HR. 11 for 42 (.262) 2 HR, 12 RBI. Which is more RBI than Kendrys Morales has all season who he replaced as my 1B so I ain't complaining.

Looked pretty good on that 410 foot smash to center. I think a multi HR day is due soon.
I've noticed Albert is getting a lot of good pitches to hit lately. He isn't hitting all of them like he should but it seems pitchers are challenging him now and he's starting to respond.

He's gonna have to hit .350 + with a ton of power the rest of the year to be baaaaack after that horrible first 6 weeks.
Umm, no. He just has to hit in line with his career averages the rest of the way to be back. The past is gone. It's what he does going forward that matters. He's obviously behind the 8-ball and likely won't match his career averages, but that's not to say he can't be the same Albert we all know and love going forward while still falling short of our initial expectations regarding his end line.
Put it this way, in roto, sure, even if he hits in line with his career norms going forward, the season will have been a letdown overall, but it's not to say he isn't back to his old self. And in H2H, we don't care what's happened up to now. As long as he is who we thought he was going forward, we're happy.
And for the record, I'm not saying he's back one way or the other, simply pointing out the flaws in your line of thinking.
