Cueto and Motte for Sabathia? WHIR

I would be giving up Cueto and Motte, and getting Sabathia. I could pick up Broxton to fill my RP slot. I feel I need to improve my SP and thinking Cueto might be a good sell high? Does this sound like a good offer?
