Big Time Help Needed (Take A Look)

I am in a rotisserie style scoring league with only 8 players, 10 pitching & 9 hitting scoring categories. There is 180 max games played and 2000 max inning pitched for pitcher which just seems like it is unlimited. The following trade has been offered to me: M. Rivera for I. Suzuki. My team is posted below. This is my first year in this type fantasy baseball and me and my friends are playing for big money. My question is: (A) Should I take the trade? (B) Should I drop certain hitters for some pitchers? (C) What would my subbing strategy be for the season as far as working batters and pitchers in? (C) Any other advice that experienced players can give. I am really in need of some help here. I am fairly impressed with my batting lineup but I think my pitching staff is very questionable. Advice will be extremely appreciated. Thanks a lot players!

well, all the Japanese guys can be counted on for consistency and health, so i like kaz and Ichiro, I love Vlad and Posada, I am not high on Benitez.

Alot of guys are sold on Benitez this year and think he will be outstanding, so I think you could trade him for more than his worth if you think you need to make a change.

Otherwise it seems ok...some of those guys could go bust or not.

You need to translate the players stats into the points in categories...you mentioned a lot of categories. Ichiro will help you in a lot off offensive categories (avg, runs, steals, Walks, walk-to-strikeout ratio, etc).

How is your team in steals without Ichiro?

How many points is Ichiro worth to you in those categories?
