Hudson for Kennedy plus more WHIR

Postby Valyekrin1 » Sun Apr 29, 2012 9:34 pm

Is this a fair trade? Our league is split on this trade, please let me know if you think it is fair enough so that it should not be vetoed. WHIR.

Team A

SP Tim Hudson
DH Luke Scott
OF Bryce Harper

Team B

SP Ian Kennedy
RP Jim Johnson
RP Javy Guerra

It's reasonably fair. Certainly not vetoable.

Kennedy > Hudson
Johnson more or less equals Scott in value
Harper > Guerra

Help with mine?

I should add, league stat categories: R, H, HR, RBI, SB, OBP and W, S, K, ERA, WHIP.
A head to head league and no keepers just for this year.

Team B wins easily. Large margain, esp since it's non keeper. But I never veto unless you suspect collusion.

Team B wins, but I wouldn't veto.

Depending on the size of the league and how many RP's you use, whether you count holds or saves- there's usually acceptable RP's just sitting in the FA pool. Therefore, I usually consider trading away a RP as not trading much away, unless they have the best #s. But as far as Save opp's go those recycle like none other
