I like it. Your starting pitching isn't especially deep, and you can absorb some of Upton with Trout/Harper.

I think you can do better than Strasburg for Upton. Upton is a first round pick. Strasburg may become a first round pick but he has yet to play a full season. You need to improve your pitching and Strasburg is a step in the right direction but I would see who else you can get him packaged with. Your OF is strong so trading Upton is fine just get the right value.
