closer change / starter

I have Valverde, Balfour and Capps as my closers. Capps doesn't get many chances and he seems to always give up runs. I took him as part of a trade. I didn't draft him. Scott Downs is on the wire, so is Henry Rodriquez. We get on FA pick up a week unless we have a DL. Thinking of dropping Capps and adding Downs. I could also use K's,ERA, Wins and Whip. Drew Smyly is also on the wire. Also thinking of dropping Capps for Smyly.
Roto standard 5 x 5 scoring. I'm currently 3rd in saves but if I drop Capps I could drop into the middle of the pack.
I'm next to last in Wins, K's and ERA and in 9th in Whip.
My starters are Verlander,Kershaw( just traded for him ) Hamels( just traded for him )Moore, E. jackson, Porcello and Lilly.

If you get to the end of the week and didn't need a pickup (or have no other pickup), I have no problem dropping Capps for Rodriguez or Downs (I'd prefer Downs). Just be aware that Walden may take the job back soon, and Drew Storen is on the mend.

Yes I'm aware that the two former closers could get there jobs back. FA picks starts today and goes through Saturday.
Another thought I had was trading Porcello for Jair Jurjjens. He is in the minors but his owners hasn't replaced him yet. I could get JJ and replace him without using my FA callup for the week. I could then drop Capps and grab Downs. Kind of a two for one. I've been thinking of dropping Porcello for Smyly and after yesterday that looks good to me.
