Traded Josh Hamilton high.

Josh Hamilton and Desmond Jennings for Andrew McCutchen and Troy Tulowitzki

I then will drop Erick Aybar for an OF (best available OF: John Jay, Brandon Belt, Jeff Francoeur, Eric Thames, Denard Span, Juan Pierre, Alex Presley, Dexter Fowler, Kirk Niewenhuis, Gerardo Parra).

Two questions:

(1) How'd I do?
(2) What OF do I grab? (6 offensive categories, including OPS)

Pretty even deal. I think Hamilton will have the best year of the four, but the gap between Tulo and every other shortstop is enormous. Good get. Jennings and McCutchen more or less cancel each other out.

I like Parra, but keep in mind that he often sits against lefties, even with Krispie on the shelf. The D'backs face three lefties next week. Fowler, Frenchy, Presley or Span might be safer. And I expect Jay to lose some at-bats when Allen Craig comes off the DL on Tuesday.
