If you're looking to bolster your staff, I think the only guy on that list that could actually provide a spark is Bauer. That's the only one I would pick up for Colon. Granted, he may not be up for another month or so, when he does come up, I expect him to have an incredible impact immediately.

None of these guys are going to be worth owning except for spot starts. Just play the matchups and don't try to worry about picking up someone that will help you all year long. If you don't mind wasting a roster spot then maybe grab Bauer and use Colon's spot to stream pitchers.
