What do guys think of this trade?

This trade helps me and the other owner. He is leading in HRs with 28 and could use a little boost in speed with 17 SBs. His pitching depth is not too good as well. He has three and a half closers with Casilla, Francisco, Meyers, and Jansen (set up to Gurrea and possible to take the job).

I'm leading in speed with 28 SBs and could use a big time boost in HRs with only 15. And I lost Zimmerman.

I tried to get Vogelsong for Meyers alone but the guy says that Vogelsong isn't enough to get him.

Well...Rizzo is their guy of the future....so it is not out of the question that they might bring him up and give him 1B at some point.

Even if that happens -- and it's unlikely to before September -- LaHair would almost certainly shift to the outfield and continue to bat cleanup, at least against righties.

I like the LaHair side of the deal.

I like the Vogelsong / Schafer side. I think LaHair will cede the 1b job to Rizzo soon enough, and Francisco is shaky as closer. I very sly trade.
