Should I pick up Trout and drop Schafer, Pena, or Hunter? Which is the better player? There has to be somebody worse than Pena or Hunter on your team to drop. But picking up Trout is big. I just did it as well.

Drop Schafer. If you have a player to drop to add Harper or Trout it must be done.

I doubt Trout will outproduce any of the players you mentioned this season. Dropping Schafer for him, though, is a lower-risk move than dropping either of the others.
