Well in a 12-team league, you should hit the playoffs as a wild-card. Here's what I would do. First of all, trade A-Rod at a VERY high price...get one good SS like Renteria or Orlando Cabrera and a pitching ace like Mussina, Randy Johnson (deflated value due to knee worries), or Kerry Wood.
Fortunately for you, Huff, Matsui, and Cabrera are going to have big years so the loss of A-Rod's power numbers will be swallowed up by their performances. If Glaus stays healthy, then even more so.
Your bullpen looks pretty good, I'm guessing you waited til the later rounds to pick up some of your closers which is smart. Smart guy to pick up Rafael Soriano, he'll take you places, he'll either be a closer or starter by the end of this year and he'll be phenomenal in either role.
Stick to trading A-Rod...I guarantee you everyone in the league will want him and don't accept anything less than a 2nd tier shortstop to replace him and a top tier SP (Wood, Mussina, Prior even).
