Word on the street is Walden has lost his job to Downs (at least temporarily). Should I hang on to him, grab Downs, or go elsewhere for potential closers in waiting (Perkins?) Note I also have Santiago, Bell and Jansen as RP's

Can the closer situation get any more messed up this year? I have no idea at this point as Downs is not what you would normally think of as closer material.

Ya I have no idea either. My gut says hang on to Walden...I dont think I'll make a knee jerk reaction, not for Downs who's not a clear cut replacement anyway.

Hope Santiago has a longer leash!

I'd prefer to have Downs AND Walden and wait until the situation clarifies itself, but I wouldn't drop Walden just yet.
