The actual trade is Pujols and street for Uggla and guerra. I see the street ,,guerra part as a wash, especially with recent blowups. So uggla for pujols? I mean crazy right? But is it veto worthy?
As long as there is no collusion or does not upset the competitive balance of the league I would not veto. If an owner wants to be a re-tard and trade Pujols for Uggla that's on him. Let him learn from his mistakes. In the grand scheme it will likely have very minimal impact on the league.
And for the record I would rather have Street than Guerra.
Wow. I think that's a terrible trade. Hopefully this is a public league or a "just for fun" office league? I hate playing in leagues where guys make these. I don't think it's such a terrible deal that I'd veto it, though, if you don't suspect collusion. Email the guy giving up Pujols and see what the deal is. Maybe he's worried about Pujols being injured and playing through it?
I wouldn't bad-mouth you if you vote to veto it, but I would let it go.
It's a league that I joined through this site! Thats why it's shocking. Only 25 buck league so that might be part of it. This same league someone dropped Haren to the WW. Now this. I've already posted about it. I doubt I'll veto although idk. This is a huge pickup for the guy trading uggla.

I would let it go and then mock the former Pujols owner for the rest of the season, particularly when Pujols slips out of his funk. Daily reminders, that kind of thing.
Yeah but it isn't in the "completely inexplicable trade" category that it would take for me to throw a veto on it. Unless you just drafted yesterday and Pujols still went in the first 4 picks.
