13 team standard 5x5 and our commish just traded
Tommy Hanson and Aramis Ramirez for David Freese.
We have a 2 day voting period and he just processed it through when accepted.
THOUGHTS?

Really? a hot player in Freese for a very solid SP and a cold Ramirez. I just can't see anything even close to fair value in return. But thank you both for your opinions.

Freese has been "hot" for a really long time my man.... dating back to just after the ASB from last year.
Also he's never hit under .300 (.297) in a full season (majors or minors)..and he's hitting in the middle of a solid lineup.

The trade itself is not a veto. That said, I agree with you. I own Freese in my NL and I would jump at Hanson and Rameriz. THAT being said, that is probably how much it would take to get me to trade Freese. People outside the midwest just really don't know how good this guy is and for how long.
On the commish pushing the trade, that is complete horse shit. In the league that I commish, I am extra strigent on myself when it comes to rules. I would bitch about it and it should be reset and voted on as per your rules.

Trade is fair. Commish pulling the trigger without a vote isn't.
