Buy Low: Need opinion on new roster

I made 4 trades this week on players who started slow. The guys i play with are quick to write off players so i jumped on it. This is the roster at the moment:

Batters: Mccann, Votto, Fielder, Tulo, andrus, uggla, bonifacio, headley, cruz, kendrick, choo, jennings, lehair

Pitchers: Lincecum, Hamels, Haren, Wainwright, JoshJohnson, Morrow, Chapman, Marshall, Thornton, Marmol, Aceves, Broxton

I feel like I have an unbeatable roster if they all play to their 3yr averages.

How can i improve if saves arent important to me

Should I trade some speed for more power, or since i have a lot of big names, should i go after kemp/cabrera
