well, good news for you espn league people who need 10 game eligibility..... Miguel Olivo headed to the DL... Might force the mariners to use montero as a backstop a little more often

It's gotten awfully quiet on this hyped youngster. I don't own him in any leagues, but I'm curious what those of you who drafted him are feeling currently. Heading into today he was a cool .244 with 5 HR, 17 RBI, 12 R. So?

Not jumping on Carlos Ruiz so far in leagues I own Montero is the only thing irking me right now. Montero is playing within his expected capabilities, slightly disappointing so far, but plenty of time to heat up. I'm going to stick with the kid all year if I can help it.
