It's safe to drop Pineda by the way

I know on Pineda... it's just in a keeper league, if he comes out tomorrow and announces he really is a super hero, I'd still have him on my roster.

Every team has to keep 8.

With 8, I would still not keep Pineda.
These would be my keepers based on what you have know:
1B: Eric Hosmer
SS: Hanley Ramirez
3B: Brett Lawrie
OF: Matt Kemp
OF: Andrew McCutchen
Bench: Mike Trout or Jese Montero
SP: Ian Kennedy
SP: Adam Wainwright
If you make the trade:
1B: Eric Hosmer
2B: Ben Zobrist
SS: Hanley Ramirez
3B: Brett Lawrie
OF: Jose Bautista
OF: Andrew McCutchen
SP: Ian Kennedy
SP: Cliff Lee
I like the second list of keepers much better. Again, I think it's a no-brainer

I too have Kemp, and I can't imagine dealing him ... but that offer would be very tempting indeed. I'd want to make sure Lee is good to go before pulling the trigger, obviously.
