What do you think of my team? WHIR

Hi everyone I am new to fantasy baseball and need some pointers on where I can improve my team. I'm currently 4th in a 12 team yahoo rotisserie league. Stat categories are:

Runs (R), Home Runs (HR), Runs Batted In (RBI), Stolen Bases (SB), Batting Average (AVG)
Wins (W), Saves (SV), Strikeouts (K), Earned Run Average (ERA), (Walks + Hits)/ Innings Pitched (WHIP)

I lead the league in Runs, Homeruns, RBI, ERA, and WHIP, but I am way back in the other categories.
