I do not think I would do either. Santana is too large of an upgrade over your other catcher options and you already have a solid enough outfield.
Judging by your points system, Halladay must be a consistent huge performer. Wright is always an injury risk. Sandoval will probably have a better average and hit 25 homeruns. Kemp has had an unbelievable start, but I have to assume he will tail off a little. Difference maker for me is Wright's injury risk.

what if it was just halladay + cespedes for kemp?

the reason i'm thinking for this trade is that kemp i would be more comfortable keeping kemp instead of halladay. and i do think cespedes will cool down at a rate faster than kemp.

the bumgarner trade is to replace halladay's production. and i think i can get close to santana's production by picking salty/iannetta and streaming C

I do not like the first trade..... Having a good Catcher is clutch as they are rare, and I think you are giving too much.

The Second trade I like the Halladay and Cespedes for Kemp. Kemp is a freakin animal, as he is on my team and I love it! If the guy takes it go for it. Plus you got pretty good pitching anyways.

Thanks for the help on mine!
