I traded Weaver and Adam Jones for Braun
My team was already stacked at Pitching and i picked up Johan Santana off waivers.
Just wondering if i made a mistake or if this was good. I needed a consistent bat and i felt Braun presented it.

You didn't do too bad. I like that you sold high on Adam Jones and got the proven Braun. And if you say you had the pitching to burn then I say not a bad deal.

I am very high on Weaver and think Jones is going to have a decent year. With that said, anytime you can land a top 5 bat for a 2nd/3rd tier pitcher and an above average hitter like Jones you made a good trade.

Okay trade, upgrade in OF, but I consider Weaver a top 5 pitcher. So, I think it's a good trade for both teams. Not sure why you are starting Gordon over Melky right now though.
