YAHOO PRE-RANKINGS/DRAFT STATUS HELP

Anyone know if, when your league's draft status is set to "ready" if the editing of pre-rankings actually does anything? (after "ready" status). I.E. In our private roto league, our draft status is now set to "ready"status but actual computerized draft takes place prob 2-3 days from now, so was wondering,if in this interim the editing of pre-rankings is registered or is this editing just a function that is still available but does nothing during this interim 2-3 day period?

I would think you could edit the rankings up to the point when the draft is upon you.
Also, don't be so quick to assume that the draft will be in 2-3 days. I thought the same thing and Yahoo drafted that night! Needless to say, I wasn't 100% ready.

Iirc, you can edit pre-draft lists till either an hour or half hour before the draft actually begins (for live drafts).

However, when the draft begins, and you can bring up the 'live drafting' screen, an option on the screen (upper left) defaults to 'o-rankings' or some such term, meaning Yahoo's (mostly offbase) original ranking. Your rankings don't affect the live draft screen unless you click and change the option to 'my rankings'.

thx AL & Ike (is a autopick draft tho), well I am editing even tho in "draft ready status".. we'll see if the changes are reflected come yahoo's draft completion time.
